**Job Description**:

- Ensure that hiring is consistent with the business goals.
- Develop an understanding of Pfizer’s Benefits Program and its competitive advantage in the market.
- Achieve recruitment metrics against Global TA targets.
- Build Talent Pipelines for most critical mid-level organization.

Education and Training:
Minimum Educational Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree preferred, 5 to 7 years experience in the direct sourcing of talent required, prior Executive Search or Employment Agency recruitment and pharmaceutical industry experience highly desirable
- Experience running end to end recruiting processes at all level positions.

Technical Skills Requirements:

- Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and provide guidance on the external talent search process
- In depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical/biotechnology world is desired
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled with using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and familiarity with research search engines
- A proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill positions.
