- Sourcing subcontractors and price negotiation to support the Operations team
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to support new fleet and manpower operations practices.
- Analysis of the data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and improve the performance
- Continuously improve the throughput and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement
- Define sourcing plans and programs to effectively and efficiently meet the business manpower requirements.
- Support Operations team for daily operations
- Record and prepare a monthly performance of each subcontractor
- Prepare and submit activity/management reports for the attention of the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in any fields
- 1-3 years of working experience in HR Recruitment/ Subcontractor Management (Warehouse Operations is a plus)
- Excellent analytical skills, negotiating, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to independently lead operational team on-site, engage in discussions with various internal and external stakeholders
- High problem-solving skills with a Can-do attitude, Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Have a bit sense of data and numbers for performance analysis
- Basic Microsoft Office/Google Gsuite is required
