The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

**About the Team**:

- Service by Shopee (SBS) refers to the comprehensive suite of offerings provided by Shopee, an e-commerce platform, to enhance the experience for both sellers and buyers. Other than that it aims to empower sellers to effectively manage their online businesses and provide buyers with a seamless shopping experience, ultimately fostering trust, loyalty, and growth within the Shopee ecosystem.- Manage the progress of SBS listing products, overseeing tasks related to product creation, product edition by following Shopee listing rules.
- Serve as the main point of contact for setting up SBS listing standards and ensure relevant teams are aligned without gaps and misunderstandings.
- Regularly review analytics and metrics to report on SBS listing performance.
- Collaborate and coordinate with multiple teams, including Brands, Key Account Management, SBS Operations, Warehouse, and Internal departments by ensuring smooth and timely execution of all requirements.
- Deliver Seller expectations and maintain SBS service level/standards through effective exploration and improvement of processes/SOPs.
- Manage SBS customers complaints, minimize Pre-sale contacts for Retail/Fulfillment model (if needed for new SOP) or deliver FAQ to ensure all relevant team work efficiently without mislead of information.
- Identify customers needs and Brand expectations eg. new requirements, complaints and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experience with SBS business. Also,enhance customer experiences by implementing SBS recommendations.
- Manage comment reviews and product rating.
- Manage credit note submissions and control the pending rate.
- Monthly forecasting/controlling the SBS compensation voucher.
- Work closely with cross functional partners including Supply Chain, BKAM, Finance, Project management, Legal, and regulatory leading cross-functional projects to enhance customer service and Brand awareness, additional competitive value with the same business model.
- Generate new initiative projects related to SBS business to sustain profitability, improve operational performance, and optimize workload.
- Collaborate with Feature developers to improve SBS products and customers experiences by enhancing higher SBS services standards.
- Provide assistance and innovative ideas, driving continuous optimization of marketing campaign settings for the Brand PIC or Commercial team.
- Manage and support stakeholders on ad-hoc assignments if needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar fields.
- More than 4 years experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of customer behavior.
- Outstanding communication skills (Verbal, Written), Proficient in both English and Thai
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, willing to learn, able to negotiate and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Knowledge of management, problem-solving skills, ability to handle an unexpected situation including tactfulness and thoroughness.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
- Proactive and ability to work under pressure.
- Good analysis in MS office.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for business improvement.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
