Quality and Competency Administrator

Under the leadership of the quality manager, coordinates with the entire quality team (internal/ external) of the assigned organization unit(s), focusing on aspect such as competency,.
training, documentation, design process..
Ensure the engineering design process are properly maintained and documented across LCE.
Ensure that quality risks are identified, considered and controlled throughout the design and delivery of LCE services.
Ensure LCE compliance with applicable quality standards ISO 9001:2015.
Report to LCE Management on the compliance of the processes by the LCE delivery teams.
Assist Team Leaders in conducting Training Needs Analysis and record and manage outputs.
Manage the LCE internal training plan.
Provide reports of training to SMO Head Office.
Maintain the Competency Management records across LCE.
Support LCE Leadership team with employee reward and recognition initiatives.
Suitable tertiary qualifications (Engineering, Administration, English language related field is preferred).
Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.
Fluent in Thai and English.
Proficient in MS Office suite.
