Ancor Recruitment are partnering with a leading wholesale and corporate travel agency offering end-to-end travel services at competitive prices in Asia Pacific markets. This company is looking for an experienced **Ticketing Officer **who wants to be part of the pioneering team, initiate the newest ideas, implement advanced techniques, and make an impact to the business.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, provide service and information to Agent/Airlines.
- Handle confirmation before processing Reservation/Ticketing/Cancellation/Exchange/Refund
- Handle ticketing processing regarding the group ticket issuance/ cancellation (void).
- Handle ticketing processing regarding the flight change (reissue/exchange).
- Handle GDS Queue Management (the airline + GDS confirmation messages).
- Handle mismatch group ticket fare, group ticket restricted, dispute the difference, ADM, ACM.
- Handle the group ticket issued has no invoice.
- Work cooperatively with internal & external related personnel, handle special request cases, etc.
- Other duties assigned by Manager.

**Qualifications and Education Requirement**
- GDS standard of knowledge
a. Basis Reservation (Optional):
b. Availability Entries, PNR Creation
c. Other Service Reservation, PNR Modification
d. View Bookings / PNR Retrieval
e. View history Bookings, Fare & Pricing (Optional):

- Fare Quote Entries / Fare Quote Display (Auto pricing, Manual pricing)
- Informative Pricing / Itinerary Pricing / Pricing Options
- Fare Note Entries / Display Fare Notes
- Display TST (Transitional Stored Ticket), Manually Update TST
- Past Date Pricing / Fare Calculation, Manual Fare Build Update
- Able to communicate in English would be an advantage
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in travel business preferably in servicing multinational companies or corporate clients.
