Job Description
Administration
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents, maintain and update company databases.
- Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, receiving mail, answering phone calls, and welcome guests.
- Aliased with the building for administration issue like maintenance, announcement, news, parking car card, building access card etc.
- Manage office supplies, stationery and pantry stock and placed order both Back Office and Warehouse.
- Checking the work of maid and collect timesheets for coordination with Finance and Accounting Department for Service Fee payment.
- Support to prepare and coordinate with related department to collect information for Sustainability Report and to be a part to implement the project.
- Prepare monthly report for office expense and budgets, and other related administrative reports.
- Support to arrange travel and accommodations (Hotel, Flight Ticket, Car booking, etc).
- Business Visa Arrangement for staff travel for training or seminar.
- Support to handle company event for booking place and plan for cost.
- Coordinate with Maids for office and warehouse cleanliness.
- Issue PO and coordinate with suppliers and related parties for purchasing.
- Support to update office policy as needed.
- Coordinate with IT for laptops preparation, Laptops Maintenance, software or other IT issues.
- Visa and Work Permit Application for expat
Human Resource and Culture
- To support for training arrangement (In house training and Public Training)
- To support for training record and report
- To be an organizer and coordinator of company activities/CSR within the organization
- To support for OT and Driver Report collecting and checking
- To support for interview schedule arrangement
- To do subscribe/unsubscribe for SSO, Group Insurance and keeping record.
- To support for welfare and benefits reimbursement
- To do monthly Leave Report and Time Attendance Report
- To do monthly Manpower Report
- Other works as assigned.
Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Psychology or related filed
New fresh graduated or 1 year of experience in HR/Administration.
Good command in English
Growth mindset, multitasking skills, adaptable, accountability, neatly and think systematic.
