**Work Environment**

We are looking for an IT OFFICER to support the expansion of our activities in Thailand. You will be in charge of the overall IT operation, including connectivity, infrastructure, cybersecurity, hardware, software, and communication platforms, with high-level support from the IT team in India.

All your missions have to be performed with the highest standards of Quality / Safety / Legal / Ethics. Missions
- You will report directly to Finance with regular collaborative meetings with the IT Manager to discuss IT status, project progress, address roadblocks, and align on strategic IT objectives.
- Monitor and ensure IT connectivity (LAN/WAN/WIFI) works properly at all times.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, backups, etc., maintain an organized inventory of all IT hardware and software, and ensure that the Annual Maintenance Contracts for software and IT infrastructure are up to date.
- Maintain cybersecurity measures by addressing SIRP tickets, regularly perform maintenance and troubleshooting of CrowdStrike EDR and Zscaler/ZPA, collaborate with the IT team in India to manage changes such as upgrades or replacements of firewalls, network switches, and routers.
- Comply with the IT budget in coordination with local management.
- Manage and administer IT projects, coordinating with the IT team in India and, if necessary, with Tractebel global IT experts team.
