The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

In this role, you work as team leader of B-end and C-end marketing lead, will be responsible for understanding the industry and competitive environment, designing communication plans to shape the new e-commerce platform from 0 to 1, gaining awareness and likability from the Thai audience.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute social and content marketing strategies based on the types of campaigns of Tiktok E-commerce, including but not limited to: ideating, planning, and owning content, as well as creating an integrated approach to develop various content marketing format across channels
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as sellers, merchants, and creator management team to identify marketing needs of each campaign and develop effective and creative marketing plans accordingly
- Define the benchmark setting of E-commerce market campaigns, establishing clear metrics to measure performance in customer awareness, new user acquisition, and customer experience
- Lead efforts to analyze, report and recommend improvements to marketing strategy and implementation to continuously optimize marketing campaign performance and internal collaboration process

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, at least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, 2 years of management experience; E-commerce, social media, community, or brand marketing experience is preferred
- Able to communicate fluently in both Thai & English language
- Demonstrated experience in developing a creative, strategic approach of marketing campaigns to user growth and awareness
- Proven ability in coordinating different campaign stakeholders such as public relations, international brand, marketing agency, and MCN
- Strong social media exposure and marketing ability across multiple platforms
- Familiar with TikTok short video and live-streaming eco-system is a plus
- Self-motivated, strong communication and project management skills, adaptable to fast-paced and changing working environment
