**The Opportunity**:
**What You Will Do**:
- Think, build, and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that aligns with Nimble’s overall business goals and growth objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Strengthen the company's brand position by developing branding messages that effectively utilize various communication tools and channels.
- Plan and host company events to drive brand recognition and interest and partner with relevant companies to position our company as a thought leader.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Hunger, drive, ambition, and a tenacious focus on results.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, with an understanding of the software development industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEO tools).
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong understanding of branding and brand management.
- Experience leading company marketing event initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and performance driven environment.
- Currently based in Thailand or willing to relocate to Bangkok.
- Business fluency in English language.
