Industrial Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the industrial sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for new product offerings and upsell existing products.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our food ingredient products, staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on market conditions and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales performance.
- Provide regular reports on sales metrics and achievements.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in industrial sales, preferably in the food ingredient industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
