- Department: Commercial- Location: Thailand- As a Key Account Manager, you will work with our top sellers to drive seller performance and growth - including identifying opportunities gaps, managing communication and relationships, and helping to unlock seller potential and growth.
- To accomplish this, you will be provided with independence and support to drive portfolio performance - working across the cluster with Category Managers, Associate Category Managers, and Community Managers within your category and supported by cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and friendly environment.
- You will receive the opportunity to drive impact within the category and your portfolio, independence and ownership, and the opportunity to develop essential skills across the spectrum - negotiation and communication, portfolio strategy, implementation, and analysis.

**Job Requirements**
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of prior experience is preferred
- Background: Sales & Marketing, Business, Key Account Management, Retail (Offline/Online)
- Skills: Analytical skills, Negotiation skills, Attention to detail, Communication and interpersonal skills, Partnership skills, systematic thinking and problem solving
- Attitude: Highly driven and motivated to drive impact and change, positive attitude and desire to learn and grow, strong ownership
