**Your Challenge**
We are seeking a customer innovation manager who is passionate about seeing customers succeed and landing & expanding the existing customer base. The customer innovation customer will work in a team environment and share the responsibility of managing a large customer base. The individual is expected to build relationships with key players and Makro offline team, become a trusted advisor and maintain on-going relationships to find growth opportunities within the account base.
- Identify gaps in the customers’ ecommerce strategy and provide actionable solutions to the customers
- Engage in business development, vendor onboarding, and account management
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business and catalog and nurture the accounts, identify appropriate business use cases that can optimize ROI for customers
- Build value-based relationships with customers, work on retention of existing revenue as well and grow the accounts proposition
- Explore up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and possess a strong business sense to keeping looking for opportunities to grow the accounts to set revenue targets
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all customer deliverables are managed as per expected timelines
**Requirements**:
- Master degree preferred. Bachelor’s also can be considered. Preferably within these fields Business Administration, Economics, and Marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or customer success position management strongly preferred
- Ability to generate meaningful reports and dashboards the team will use to reach their targets
- Ability to manage a team of customer success associates to achieve their targets
- Ability to automate manual processes via product feature requests or “creative hacking”
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
- Ability to provide curated solutions to customers and forge long term relationships
- Ability to deal with people from all levels professionally, effective planning, organizing, delegating, and time management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, well-organized, flexible and result oriented
- Has an open mind towards new ways of doing things
