Asia Diligence is looking for an **Office Manager/Assistant to the MD** to join our close-knit team at our Operations Office in Chatuchak District of Bangkok.

Office Manager/Assistant to the MD
**Location**:
Vibhavadi Tower B, 51/3 Ngamwongwan Road, Lad Yao, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900
- Design and manage filing systems, and maintain records on contracts, IT & Software licences;
- Assist with recruitment and staffing;
- Assist with the day to day management of the office and staff;
- Review and approve office supplies, and assist with payroll and supplier payments;
- Deal with government offices and staff as necessary;
- Assist with tax calculations and submission;
- Assist the Managing Director with administrative work, visa and work permit issues;
- Assist the Managing Director with tasks as required to allow him to focus on the company’s work;
- Answer incoming calls and office visitors, and represent the company professionally;
- Represent the Managing Director when he is out of the office.
- This role is only available for people with an existing legal right to work in Thailand and currently living in Thailand;
- Bachelor Degree or higher preferred;
- Must have excellent Thai & English Language communication skills, both written and oral;
- Must have the ability to communicate sometimes complex information in written English, translate Thai to English, and/or provide summaries in English;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and be generally computer literate;
- Attention to detail, with the ability to focus and operate independently;
- Ability to work well with other people and assist in making the office a comfortable place for all of the staff;
- Extremely trustworthy and professional.
- **Work experience**:_
- Minimum of 5 years of full time work experience;
- Experience in a similar office management role of not less than three years, and/or a financial or legal background with a minimum of three years of experience.
**Salary Range**:
**Salary**: ฿30,000.00 - ฿35,000.00 per month
