Lead Logistics Provider

Our client is a leading import-export provider.

**Responsibilities**:
The role will directly to the Thai Managing Director and will be responsible for the following key tasks:

- Leading and managing the order management team (Export/ Import Team) end-to-end lead-time, visibility, and cost of the entire customer supply chain.
- Monitoring, consolidating, checking, and submitting the report as per customer target date.
- Being responsible for the timely delivery of documents and shipments, pro-active notification, exception management, and problem solving, efficient claim handling.
- Providing quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
- Resolving the issues arise on conjunction with the customer in a timely manner.
- Coaching, guiding and leading the team ensuring learning and development of every individual team member.
- Assuring that the team addresses all relevant issues within the specifications and various standards.
- Encouraging creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement in ways of working and drive for service delivery excellence.
- Working with the Regional Key account Management and Program manager to establish and strengthen customer relationships.
- Creatively and proactively managing quality assurance analytic and processes.
- Motivating the team members to achieve KPI target.
- Undertaking any operational projects as and when required.
- Raising and recording the NC occur in appointed role responsibility part.
- Being responsible for the SOP Creation and Review.
- Being a decision maker with operational related scope solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.
- Minimum 5 years working experience of proven International Export Compliance experience.
- Solid background in leading a team in Supply chain/ logistic field.
- Effective interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate among various parties and deliver the results.
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Intermediate level both written and verbal English skill is required.
- SAP knowledge, Process improvement, Project management or Lean tools will be advantage.
- Proven experience in problem solving and proactive mindset.
- Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
- Chemical industry knowledge.
- Dangerous Goods understanding and certification.
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
- Good command of English.
