**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Achieve sales, margin and market share annual goals for the assigned products.**:

- ** Design, manage and support marketing insights driven brand plans for trade channel with the involvement as appropriate of all key stakeholders. The plans should identify future trends and address all key issues, CSFs and execution steps.**:
- **Work cross functionally in executing the annual and long term marketing plan.**- **Design, plan and organize execution of key trade and DTC marketing programs for the brands including digital and multichannel customer engagement.**- **Create mechanisms to monitor and assess execution of OTC marketing programs. Adapt plan and tactics accordingly**- **Ensure optimal utilisation of the planned promotional support budget**- **Leverage market insight and market research programs for key brands to answer key questions posed by the brand to deliver on unmet needs**- **Collaborate with sales team and reinforce category management**

**Develop marketing plan/ strategy for Trade channel, consumer, and digital marketing.**:

- Prepare and develop marketing objectives, advertising and promotion and ensure their execution.
- Evaluate the practicality and potential of new products and market development for Trade channel and align with consumer behavior.
- Analyzes and defines customers and market requirements and trends.
- Develop, implement and update product training and competitor information intelligence to sales force on an ongoing basis.
- Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing and expense budgets.
- Participate in planning sales promotion and advertising with Trade marketing manager and Trade sale team to support of existing products and determine market strategies and sales tactics to achieve product objectives.
- Develop methods of field-testing promotional programs to determine customer acceptance, evaluate effectiveness of promotion efforts and keep informed on needs of the sales force.
- Develops and maintains the contact with customers, Sales force and channels for understanding their needs.
- Provide direction to educate and develop Product Specialist.
- Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.
- Analyze and report market intelligence in a correct and timely manner.

**EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Degree in Science/Pharmacy/Medical related field or Appropriate tertiary qualification.
- Experience in brand management and marketing for Pharmacy channel (include retail and chain drugstore).
- +5 years of OTC/FMCG marketing experience
- Experience in consumer market and digital marketing.
- Strong sales track record.
- Sound understanding or qualifications in marketing related principles.
- Good knowledge of computer based programs including spreadsheets and graphics.
- Comprehensive industry knowledge.
