**Position overview**:
allnex invites you to join our dynamic Commercial team in position of **Sales/Business Development Manager** for our** Rubber and Tires segment**, based in **Bangkok, Thailand** to help in keeping our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. In this role, you will build and gain an in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and further develop the current rubber and tires customers portfolio.
- Deliver the annual Budget sets for the assigned geographical region (Volumes and Marginal Income).
- Manage commercial Accounts and distributors.
- Negotiate contracts and prices in a competitive environment.
- Monitor and maintain profitability standards consistent with overall Company rules.
- Develop new opportunities through new products.
- Define and implement Account plans in order to capture new business opportunities in line with the Global Business Unit strategy and the Marketing plans.
- Ensure formal plans and objectives are communicated internally.
- Support new Product launches in partnership with Marketing and Technical Service teams. “Innovation” being a key word within allnex.
- Provide market and competition intelligence for Rubber and Tires segments.
- Maintain Working Capital within Company standards.
- Organize an active prospection in the defined geographical area in order to discover and develop new Accounts.
- Ensure all customer files, visit reports, CRM reports are maintained.
**Required skills and experience**:
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in a similar position and market segments is required.
- Excellent Sales and presentation skills, relation building, strong passion to win.
- Knowledge in rubber or tires industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English and able to converse in local or Mandarin language is a plus.
- Strong ability to learn quickly a new technology.
- Knowledge in using MS Office tools and SAP.
- Willing to travel around SEA region.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (preferably in Rubber/Tires industry) or Master in Science, Commerce or Marketing.
