**Job Detail**:
- Key Account Manager (Textile) (45K-70K) (SDG-80848)
- ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายลูกค้าหลัก (สิ่งทอ)-
- Handle client’s new fabric developments to submit on spec and on time
- Work with development team to ensure that clients’ quality requirements are fully communicated and understood across all operational departments
- Work with the production planning in charge to make sure all input materials and machines are scheduled and planned ahead, taking into account all possible contingencies
- Check all submission samples to garment factory for colour and other physical specifications
- Negotiate about the mínimal additional costs to the company and for a win-win outcome with garment factory
- Manage team of developers, and support staff and ensure proper reporting system
- Set up check list and process flows to ensure timely submissions of development, planning of bulk orders, and quality control issues
- Work with printing factory to ensure client requirements are met for quality and lead-time
- Communicate, resolve, and negotiate with garment factory about quality issues
- Other duties assigned
- **Visit client (located in Samut sakorn) and factory by own car or company car if needed- Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of working experience in any position related to manage quality of products in the têxtiles, accessories or apparel industry
- Conversational high level of English
- Person who has strong negotiation and planning skills
- Can commute or relocate to Nakonchaisri, Nakhonpathom- Business level of English or Japanese

- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมพัฒนาเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพของลูกค้าได้รับการสื่อสารและเข้าใจอย่างทั่วถึงในทุกแผนกปฏิบัติการ
- ทำงานกับการวางแผนการผลิตที่รับผิดชอบเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าวัสดุและเครื่องจักรที่ป้อนทั้งหมดมีกำหนดและวางแผนล่วงหน้า โดยคำนึงถึงเหตุการณ์ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นทั้งหมด
- ตรวจสอบตัวอย่างที่ส่งทั้งหมดไปยังโรงงานตัดเย็บเสื้อผ้าเพื่อดูสีและข้อกำหนดทางกายภาพอื่นๆ
- เจรจาเกี่ยวกับค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมขั้นต่ำของบริษัทและเพื่อให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ที่เป็นประโยชน์กับโรงงานตัดเย็บเสื้อผ้า
- จัดการทีมนักพัฒนาและสนับสนุนเจ้าหน้าที่และดูแลระบบการรายงานที่เหมาะสม
- ตั้งค่ารายการตรวจสอบและโฟลว์กระบวนการเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการส่งการพัฒนา การวางแผนคำสั่งซื้อจำนวนมาก และปัญหาการควบคุมคุณภาพอย่างทันที
- ทำงานกับโรงพิมพ์เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าความต้องการของลูกค้าตรงตามข้อกำหนดสำหรับคุณภาพและระยะเวลารอคอย
- สื่อสาร แก้ไข และเจรจากับโรงงานตัดเย็บเสื้อผ้าเกี่ยวกับปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ
