All about the role:
Each of our brands has a different and unique story across cultures and geographies. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues in all functions - Branding, Sales, Product Line, Trade Marketing - to ensure all communications are aligned with the overall strategy and brand expression. - What you'll do:
As a new Channel Manager, you will be responsible for sale management, sales in and sales out as target set; managing, supervising, and support team abobut profit and loss by category mix and in line with company stragtey.
In detail, you will:
- Ensure that sales target attained each month;
- Manage, train and motivate the whole sales force of the assigned region toward agreed objectives and achievement of the prescribed target;
- Develop sales plan, promotion plan, merchandising plan and translate into action plan;
- Implement all action plans and follow if it up to the set target and standard;
- Ensure the distribution cover all the target market inconsistent with brand positioning and image.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferable;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably gained in household appliances or FMCG and/or appliance industry;
- Good command in English;
- 3 years of managing responsibility.
- Where you'll be:
You will be based at Bangkok Thailand with at least 3 subordinates under you. This role is reporting to National Sales Manager. There, you will find teams focused on telling the stories of our brands Electrolux, in order to shape living for the better.
