หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ไฮไลท์เด่นของงาน - Experience Team Leader - Have Experience in Sale and Account management - Specialize in Data Analytic รายละเอียดงาน 1. Responsible for supervising and leading Department of User Experience and a team of Sales & Account Executive 2. Training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks and set deadlines to other sales staffs, monitoring and ensure the team's sales performance to meet KPI set by the company and propose incentive scheme for Management team. 3. Drive performance of all team members within responsibility on dimensions including: commercial performance, customer relationship, internal tools and systems and special projects etc. 4. Manage a pool of large users, to support and exceed overall targets and KPIs 5. Setting goals and objectives for each team member and providing regular feedback to help them improve performance 6. Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff. 7. Work to create cross-functional engagements and understandings with necessary departments and constantly update team member on the update 7. Analyst data, Make Report and propose action plan on how to improve performance 8. Coming out with new project to develop team performance and company business 9. Ensure correct and timely completion of team member’s performance report according to company needs 10. Complete any other projects the company has assigned to

- Qualification 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business or related fields 2. Ideally 3-5 years of working experience preferable in Sales, Customer Service, Business Development or account management with people management experience 3. Leadership and Motivation Skills able to motivates employees to reach sales goals and needs to be able to effectively train, encourage, inspire and reward team members for their achievements 4. Logical thinking, strong problem-solving and project management skill - Able to work in a fast pace working environment while maintaining a great attention to details 5. Results-oriented, self-driven, with strong negotiation skills 6. Skilled in self-taught, self-learning and problem solving 7. Positive and CAN-DO attitude, Independent, can work under pressure and limited timeline 8. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel 9. Good command of English and/or Chinese communication (Chinese speaker is a plus)
