**IMPORTANT - This position is based onsite in Bangkok, Thailand. The company will manage all paperwork, including visa arrangements and relocation expenses.**

**Salary**: 80,000 - 100,000 THB
**Joining**: Immediate
**Education**: Bachelor's degree is a must
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4 pm

**NOTE**: Minimum _**1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO**_ environment, or experience in team management from social media platforms, content moderation, customer service, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members.
- Lead a high-performing team to build problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and technical capabilities.
- Manage a market team, while serving as a cross-functional and global liaison.
- Establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for execution, progress measurement, and results sharing.
- Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development with global cross-functional teams.
- Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication.
- Advocate for users within their market, partnering with global and cross-functional teams to develop global solutions.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree is a must.
- Significant experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for ensuring an excellent user experience.

Pay: ฿80,000.00 - ฿100,000.00 per month
