**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Working alongside the Regional Team Leader located in Adelaide to ensure daily operations are aligned and deliverables are met.
- Working closely and collaboratively with the PeopleX team members in both Australia and Thailand to prioritise operational tasks that meet our business-as usual and unique business activities as they arise.
- Woking closely with our Regional HR teams as a key liaison to ensure a consistent approach of operations are followed across our region.
- Assisting with the implementation of effective communication strategies to manage interactions between our local HR teams and the PeopleX team.
- Focusing on continual improvement and process enhancement of HR procedures, templates, and processes.
- Providing daily support and guidance to the local team of HR Administrators; and ongoing coaching and training to achieve operational outcomes.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- Leading project initiatives that improve service delivery, systems, or processes.
- Demonstrating a passion for continual learning and promote the use of global network systems to teams. Continually reviewing team capabilities and supporting their continual professional development.
- Project management the implementation of new HR procedures, ensuring the PeopleX team is sufficiently skilled to deliver.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst managing conflicting priorities
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to pick up systems quickly Possess good stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across different regions and cultures
- Be self-motivated and solutions focused with a passion for people and HR service delivery
- Previous experience with HR systems, in particular SAP SuccessFactors, will be highly regarded.
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management, or any other related field is desirable.

We work as a highly efficient close team that likes to laugh as hard as we work. We are open to a variety of previous work experience, as we are looking for the right fit for this role. While knowledge of HR systems and procedures will be an advantage, we remain open to those with a background in project management, data management or highly skilled administrative areas (EA, payroll etc).
- Previous experience managing high volumes of data, proficiency with digital technology and attention to detail skills are essential. The role will require advanced excel skills. A working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors will be highly regarded. As this role supports across our APNA region, we are looking for someone who is able to navigate cross-cultural communications and interactions with kindness.
