Suppervisor - Hub - (Phuket)

- Department: Supply Chain & Logistics- Location: Thailand- Team and Role Introduction:

- To be team member
- Working based on shift 6 days / week.
- To be supervise for OS Staff on Hub WI

**Responsibilities**:

- Planningo Tactical hub planning in terms of resources (manpower, equipment, space, etc) in line with fluctuation of weekly/monthly volume. Reportingo Working closely with Cluster Manager on matters related to hub operations.o Establish & keeping track daily/weekly/monthly hub performance report in terms of its services, productivity, efficiency & cost. Analyzingo Analyze issues & work closely with Hub Manager for corrective & preventive solutions. Optimizingo Manage hub operational processes in terms its performance, compliance & optimizing its processes. Complianceo Monitor & ensure full compliance of hub operational policies & processes.

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
Requirements
- Diploma graduation at least
- At least 3-5 years of work experience
- Experience in warehouse, logistic, freight forwarding or related field is a plus. Hard working person with integrity
- Able to work in shift, 6 days a week
- Proven clear record of criminal check
- Basic / Advance Excel
- MS Word and Power Point

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):

- Can communicate in English because Phuket has lots of foreigner.
