Lazada Express is the Logistics arm of the Lazada Group and is structured operating Business Units of "Express" with own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery.We are building an innovative, highly visible, low cost logistics network and we are growing bigger than ever. Our Hub team is now looking for a Supervisor/Senior Supervisor, Hub with the details below.MissionThe Supervisor/Senior Supervisor is responsible for delivering excellent service to customers with sustainable customer royalty to achieve business goals.ReportingManager, Hub

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities
- Planningo Tactical hub planning in terms of resources (manpower, equipment, space, etc) in line with fluctuation of weekly/monthly volume. Reportingo Working closely with Hub Manager on matters related to hub operations.o Establish & keeping track daily/weekly/monthly hub performance report in terms of its services, productivity, efficiency & cost. Analyzingo Analyze issues & work closely with Hub Manager for corrective & preventive solutions. Optimizingo Manage hub operational processes in terms its performance, compliance & optimizing its processes. Complianceo Monitor & ensure full compliance of hub operational policies & processes.

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
Requirements
- Diploma graduation at least
- At least 3-5 years of work experience
- Experience in warehouse, logistic, freight forwarding or related field is a plus. Hard working person with integrity
- Able to work in shift, 6 days a week
- Proven clear record of criminal check
