**Manpower Administration**
- Lead process improvement initiatives in operations.
- Make data-driven recommendations to enhance processes by analysing data to find trends, patterns, and potential bottlenecks.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to make sure initiatives for process improvement are in line with corporate objectives.
- Bottom up headcount planning, consolidate requests and submit ticket to HR

**G&A Administration**
- Travel expense reconciliation
- Hub expansion facility set-up
- Hub consumables requests consolidation and processing

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experienced in process improvement, operations management, or related fields.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Experienced in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
