This site is the **integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center**. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

**Manufacturing Plant**:The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

**R&D Center**: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

**Job Description**:

- Responsible for invoice receiving (indirect), verify the price compare to booking data in SAP (NLAG), Maintain scap data input, delivery note issuing process and submit invoice to accounting depart.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks within the warehouse to verify inventory accuracy with record and track all expenses related to warehouse operations and transportation with provide cost analysis data to manager.
- Maintain consumable, stationery and office supplier in logistics department, also maintain and supply to external process (repacking process at LSP warehouse)
- Prepare and update work instruction (WI) documents for the areas of responsibility
- Support new project in LOM area.
- Other assignment from manager.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.

**Qualification**
- Fair command of English
- Familiarity with financial and accounting software
- SAP POE knowledge (NLAG)
- Negotiation and coordination skill
- Communication skill
- Ability to coordinate and work with other function for both internal and external
- Decision making in own task area
- Basic budget tracking and setup
- Basic problem solving skill
- Experience in budget record and invoice is advance, logical thinking, continuous improvement idea, SAP basic knowledge
