As a Business Development Executive “BDE”, you will be responsible for researching, initiating plans, and onboarding new partners.

**Detailed Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
- Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to clients in a timely manner.
- Research, identify and onboard new partners.
- Attend conferences, expos, and industry events.
- Contact the clients via telephone to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and monitor affiliate promotions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates and IBs to join the partner program.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with the partners.
- Continually motivate affiliates to perform better.
- Utilize strategic account planning and sale pipeline management tools.

- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner.
