- Business Development (Smart Factory CCTV Solution) (45K-55K) (SDG-103164)
- เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายพัฒนาธุรกิจ (Smart Factory CCTV Solution)-
- Contact customer via call and Visit customers (Individual or accompanied with Sales person) by own car, own drive (Company list also provide)
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to elucidate (Explain) how products and services function for customers.
- Collaborate with customers and engineers to ensure equipment aligns with system requirements.
- Maintain Communication with the Sales team to comprehend consumer demands and provide Sales Support as needed.
- Secure orders, ensure product standards, and oversee product delivery.
- Foster customer rapport and acceptance.
- Strategize product modifications to meet consumer demands.
- Assist clients in resolving product usage issues.
- Recommend New and improved products to customers, elucidating (Explain) their cost-effectiveness
- Other tasks as assigned.- ติดต่อลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์และเข้าพบลูกค้า (รายบุคคลหรือมาพร้อมกับพนักงานขาย) โดยรถยนต์ส่วนตัว (มีรายชื่อบริษัทให้ด้วย)
- จัดเตรียมและส่งมอบการนำเสนอทางเทคนิคเพื่อชี้แจง (อธิบาย) ว่าผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทำงานอย่างไรให้กับลูกค้า
- ทำงานร่วมกับลูกค้าและวิศวกรเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าอุปกรณ์สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของระบบ
- รักษาการสื่อสารกับทีมขายเพื่อทำความเข้าใจความต้องการของผู้บริโภคและให้การสนับสนุนการขายตามความจำเป็น
- สั่งซื้ออย่างปลอดภัย ตรวจสอบมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ และดูแลการส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์
- ส่งเสริมสายสัมพันธ์และการยอมรับของลูกค้า
- วางกลยุทธ์การปรับเปลี่ยนผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้บริโภค
- ช่วยเหลือลูกค้าในการแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์
- แนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่และปรับปรุงให้กับลูกค้า อธิบาย (อธิบาย) ความคุ้มทุน
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 27 - 35 years old- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years in Sales Engineering, Technical sales, IT sales, Pre-sales, Business development (Expertise in Software especially Imaging software, IT Solution, System Management/ Development/ Design or related Hardware systems, CCTV)
- Experience in managing project
- Good command in English (communicate both internal, external)
- Holding own car with driving license
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint (focus), MS Excel (basic)- Understanding customer requirements, and proposing optimal solutions.
- Recommend New and improved products to customers, elucidating (Explain) their cost-effectiveness- Direct Experience related in Software especially Imaging Software / CCTV
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineer related field
