**OOZOU is hiring a motivated Business Development Associate to work remote and onsite in our Bangkok office.**:
**As a Business Development Associate, you will play a vital role in our team by assisting with various business development activities. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, meeting sales goals, and supporting the execution of business development opportunities. You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas and suggestions to improve our business development performance and identify potential areas for business growth. We are looking for someone who is committed to continuous learning and is eager to optimize business growth and performance.**:
**Required skills for this role**:

- You can develop new business, demonstrate the company value proposition to engage and onboard new clients, and retain clients to achieve business growth.
- You can identify and prioritize high-potential business opportunities.
- You can successfully follow up on potential leads and manage long selling cycles consisting of multiple touchpoints.
- You can establish excellent client relationships that will generate business growth.
- You can develop and maintain relationships at multiple levels within the client’s organization.
- You can generate opportunities and prospects for new clients by researching, identifying key players, and creating interest to stimulate new opportunities.
- You understand the value of good negotiation and know what is meant by Labeling, Mirroring, and mastery of the word “No”.
- Proficient in lead generations tools e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- You are comfortable working with an international and diverse client base.
- You know how to improve internal processes and how to leave a positive impact within and outside the company.
- You do not report on problems but on solutions to remove blockers for internal and external stakeholders.

**Useful skills or this role**:

- You have 2 or more years of Sales, Technical Consultant, Business development experience, especially enterprise/ technical business development, client service, or solution development.
- You have experience with Developing new business leads.
- You have experience in B2B marketing and partnership.
- You can operate effectively in a cross-cultural team environment.
- You can remain flexible to change within the work environment and scope of responsibility.
