**You will spend your day doing**:

- Discovering potential clients who crave the staffing solutions we offer
- Hosting discovery calls with potential clients
- Qualifying and nurturing new leads
- Negotiating and overcoming objections
- Converting leads into paying clients
- Helping clients feel confident about spending their money on our solutions

**You are good at**:

- Deep understanding of our outsourcing service, including its features, benefits, and how it solves client's businesses needs
- Sales techniques and the ability to adapt selling approaches, whether consultative, solution-oriented, or others
- Market research to identify potential leads, target demographics, and emerging trends in clients' industries
- Negotiation skills including price negotiations, contract terms, and resolving objections
- Active listening to truly understanding client's needs, concerns, and preferences
- Persistence and tenacity to persevere through challenges and objections
- Emotional intelligence to attune to the emotions of potential clients to help build trust
