**Responsibility**:
1. Conceptualize training materials based on data and research;
2. Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials;
3. Test and review created materials;
4. Maintain a database of all training materials;
5. Instruct employee training and onboarding;
6. Review employee performance and learning;
7. Conduct training classes on policy/product;
8. Responsible for Training Needs Analysis and Knowledge transfer for

any identified knowledge issues;
**Requirement**:
1. Proficient English and Thai (at least C1 level);
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with

the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.

3. Bachelor’s degree in any related field;
4. At least 1-year experience in training within the BPO industry;
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel,
6. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in

writing;
7. Knowledge of people’s learning patterns to design programs with

excellent efficiency.

8. Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
