PLC Trainer

**Job Detail**:

- PLC Trainer (30K-40K) (SDG-100363)
- ผู้ฝึกสอน PLC-
- Conduct the maintenance tasks and advise on technical related issues about machinery
- Maintain, Install and repair machines
- Assist the sales team in technical knowledge functions for customers
- Visit customers for maintenance machine at customer place (travel by own car)
- Provide and train the technical knowledge and specification on PLC machine to customers
- Help in operating the system via specific programs
- Interact with customers and consult about usage about machines
- Explain technical terms of machines
- Assist in solving any incident when issues occurred
- Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.- ดำเนินงานบำรุงรักษาและให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับปัญหาด้านเทคนิคเกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักร
- ดูแล ติดตั้ง และซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักร
- ช่วยเหลือทีมขายในด้านความรู้ด้านเทคนิคให้กับลูกค้า
- เข้าพบลูกค้าเพื่อซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องในสถานที่ลูกค้า (เดินทางด้วยรถยนต์ส่วนตัว)
- จัดทำและฝึกอบรมความรู้ทางเทคนิคและข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับเครื่อง PLC ให้กับลูกค้า
- ช่วยเหลือในการใช้งานระบบผ่านโปรแกรมเฉพาะ
- โต้ตอบกับลูกค้าและให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานเกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักร
- อธิบายเงื่อนไขทางเทคนิคของเครื่องจักร
- ช่วยเหลือในการแก้ไขเหตุการณ์ใด ๆ เมื่อเกิดปัญหาขึ้น
- เขียนรายงานและนำเสนอข้อค้นพบต่อผู้จัดการและหัวหน้างานเป็นประจำ
- Thai nationality, Male, age 27 - 35 years old- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree of Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 - 6 years experience in machine repaired in field or factory
- Knowledge in PLC (Read, Write, Edit & Make new program)
- Ability to use basic software (Windows / Excel / CAD system / E-Mail etc.)
- Able to Use own car and drive for business purpose (car maintenance and gasoline provided)
- Able to work on Saturday-Sunday or/and long holiday (depends on customer projects, not often)
- Higher than 165 cm. height- Japanese Speaking Skill

- Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri [SAT: Depend on company calendar - 1 year around 4 Saturdays])

- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษทั้งเขียนและพูดได้ดี (สื่อสารภายในกับทีมงานชาวญี่ปุ่น และตอบเอกสาร/อีเมลกับลูกค้า/ซัพพลายเออร์)
- สามารถใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์พื้นฐานได้ (ระบบ Windows / Excel / CAD / E-Mail ฯลฯ)
- สามารถใช้รถยนต์ส่วนตัวและขับรถยนต์เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางธุรกิจได้ (มีการบำรุงรักษารถยนต์และค่าน้ำมันให้)
- สามารถทำงานวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ หรือ/และวันหยุดยาวได้ (ขึ้นอยู่กับโครงการของลูกค้า)
