As **HR Manager, Thailand **you are a key management team member and be part of the HR team in APAC Ex China.

**About You**

We’re looking to recruit HR Manager, Thailand reporting to the Head of HR, APAC ex-China (based in Singapore) with a dotted reporting to the Plant Manager, Thailand. This is a team manager role where you will provide business partnering to the team in Thailand.

This is a varied role for a person who has a firm grounding in HR, especially in a manufacturing environment. You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with key stakeholders and the team members in the plant.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- You will be working closely with Plant Manager and local management team by driving the development & delivery of people strategies & plans for short & long-term business needs.
- Effectively communicate with corporate/regional HR team and management to implement corporate initiatives and effective HR programs.
- You will provide support on diverse matters including recruitment, performance management, reward & talent management, people development, employee relations, policy development, succession planning
- Provide HR support to local management on organisational development (structures, culture, HR system, and policies)
- Serve as a resource/consultant in strategic and tactical approaches for all HR areas. Coach local management through employee-related issues and ensure local Labour Law compliance.
- Effectively communicate with corporate/regional HR team and management to implement corporate initiatives and effective HR programs
- Continuously improve processes or policies to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR functions
- Ensure all HR policies & procedures are in accordance with regional & global guidelines and best practices.
- Work with the Global & APAC Shared Services team to ensure HR processes, and systems are maintained in a timely manner.
- Perform, maintain and improve the EHS standard and requirements as set by the Company. Participate in the company’s EHS program including training, audit etc., arranged by the company.
- Other duties as assigned

**Location**

This role is assigned to work in the plant located in **Dan Khun Thot, Korat**

**What You’ll have**
- Degree in HR or Psychology
- Min 15 years of relevant work experience in HR functions especially in MNC companies
- Min 5 years of People Management & Plant HR experience
- Integration of businesses & change management experience will be a plus
- Good knowledge of local labour law and industry best practices
- Communicate fluently in both English and Thai
