SALES ENGINEER - NATIVE THAILAND

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma in Civil & Structural/ Mechanical Engineering/ Business Management / Marketing/ E& E Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years sales working experience in Building Constructions Materials, Warehousing or Material Handling Equipment (eg. Forklift) is a must.
  • Responsible for promoting & developing company product in Thailand market.
  • Responsible for representing the product to customer and attending field events such as customer visit.
  • Proficiency in using Ms Office & PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Auto Cad and 3D programme
  • Must possess strong presentation skills & able to communicate professionally in written responses to email and when submitting report.
  • Proactive and customer oriented to meet both customer's needs and the Company's target.
  • Must possess valid driving license and own transport.
  • Must be prepared for extensive travelling.
  • Able to speak in English & Thai is a must.

Job Descriptions:

  1. To attend to all sales leads in assigned territories
  2. To explore new potential / business lead for product portfolio of PSS
  3. To work with in-house departments and external parties or customer, to ensure both end needs and objective are being met.
  4. To provide Monthly or Bi-Weekly progress report/update for all Sales Lead exploration and following-up.
  5. To develop sales approach/strategies, to identify and develop business coorperation with prospective agent,  intermediatery.
  6. To prepare monthly report on New Business Development and provide insights and ideas for optimization based on the data analysis.
  7. To carry out periodic review and proposal necessary re-alignment and assesss against goals.
  8. To promote and market companies products to Archtects, Designers, Key Account Customer eg Logistic Industries.
  9. To responsible for whole sales process which starting from customers' identification with products/solution presentation, quotation submission/negotiaition, securing of order, project installation and handover.
