Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and provide technical solutions. Develop and present proposals to clients. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze customer requirements and design customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product capabilities.
- Consult with clients on technical solutions, analyze and develop respective specifications for its realization.
- Develop proposals and quotations based on customer specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet technical requirements.
- Stay abreast with relevant technologies, establish and maintain a network with (potential) clients, partners, universities, associations and other institutions.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor,s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales, Engineering, or Manufacturing industries. Knowledge of bearings or industrial mechanical applications is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, Windows, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of basic rotary and linear bearings is preferred, but not required.
- Interest in sales and project management, with a customer-oriented mindset. Proven sales experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking, as well as effective problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to manage pressure and tight deadlines.
- Well-organized, structured, and professional in approach.
- Good communication skills in English (support or accommodations available as needed).
