Position Overview:
HR Officer (Performance Management System - PMS) will be responsible to facilitate, gather data, and continuously enhance the Performance Management System to ensure alignment with company objectives, promoting fair, transparent, and effective performance management across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the alignment of KPIs across Sub-Business Units and Corporate Functions.
- Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle and ensure the timely and accurate completion of appraisals, including forms, templates, and communication processes.
- Continuously improve PMS processes and systems to drive greater effectiveness, transparency, and fairness.
- Develop PMS practices based on industry-leading standards and ensure consistency across all business units.
- Design and update the annual performance appraisal process and related guidelines to ensure clarity and ease of application.
- Develop and provide support tools, manuals, and training materials to assist employees and line managers throughout the performance appraisal process.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze performance appraisal data across all business units to support management reporting and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years-experienced in HRM / HRD / HROD with supporting Performance Management Systems (PMS) task.
- Knowledge of Performance Management tools, systems, and methodologies.
- Used to analyze data and do a report related to Performance Management System (PMS).
