HR Business Partner and Office Manager

Working time: Monday to Friday (9:00-18:00)
Responsibilities
Payroll & Compliance
Oversee the complete payroll process in collaboration with external vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage statutory filings such as income tax, social security, and other local contributions in compliance with regulations.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Support the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and manage offboarding procedures according to internal policies.
Performance & Development
Assist in performance review administration and coordinate training and development programs.
HR Systems & Policy Management
Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, including leave and personnel records.
- Review and update HR policies to align with organizational goals and local labor laws.
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute engagement activities such as team-building events, celebrations, and company outings.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare HR reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Project & Administrative Support
Contribute to local and group-level HR projects.
- Coordinate IT support with internal teams and external vendors.
- Handle additional HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, and performance management.
- Familiarity with payroll vendors is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent English and Thai communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, discreet, and highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills.
