The Opportunity

Siam Bheasach Co., Ltd. is seeking a diligent and committed HR Staff to join our dynamic team in our office located in Chatuchak, Bangkok. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resources functions within our thriving organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  2. Maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files.
  3. Administering employee benefits.
  4. Providing support for employee relations, including addressing queries and resolving any HR-related issues.
  5. Collaborating with the HR team to implement HR policies and procedures.
  6. Assisting with the coordination of HR-related training and development programmes.
  7. Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.

What We're Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the private sector
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  4. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
  7. Familiarity with Thai labour laws and HR best practices
