Be part of HR Business Partner team and to assist HR Business Partner team to integrates and applies knowledge of HR such as manpower planning, performance and career management, and employee development, in supporting customer business's needs to contribute to the organization's bottom line. HRBP is involved in a wide variety of HRBP and business-related activities. These activities focus on enhancing organizational performance, developing a competent and committed workforce and building organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the DM – HR Business Partner will be assigned for the following duties (not all-inclusive).


• Assists HRBP team in facilitating an effective HRBP services such as manpower planning, performance and career management, and employee development to meet the requirements of the customer's business and priorities


• Assists in the coordination of HRBP or HR projects and programs


• Coordinates with management on small scope of HRBP


• Provides general advice on performance management and employee development processes to employees


• Develop and deliver HRBP marketing works and communication


• Provides database and analytical HRBP support related


• Solves routine HRBP related work


• Liaisons between HR core functions such as: HR Center of Expertise (CoE), HR Business Partner and HR Services and other related functions

Requirements


• More than five years' work experience in Human Resources, HR consultant, Business Analyst or Marketing in a multinational organization


• Master's degree in human resources, Psychology, Labor Economic, MIS, Engineering or related fields


• Proficiency in MS Office skills in Excel, PowerPoint


• Good analytical skills


• Good communication and presentation skills and ability to establish relationships with individuals and leaders


• Technology savvy


• Ability to prioritize work, handle multi assignments, detail-oriented and able to work as a team


• High responsibility, positive attitude, flexible, can work under pressure, good analysis and problem solving


• Having related experience in Energy, Oil and Gas, Consulting, Engineer-oriented Industry would be advantage


• Proficiency in both oral and written communication skills in English and Thai


• Require minimum 650 TOEIC scored
