To drive strategic HRD initiatives that enhance employee capabilities, foster a learning culture, and support organizational growth. This key role focuses on Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Development, and Knowledge Management (KM).

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Conduct training needs analysis and identify competency gaps.
  • Design and implement learning programs (online and offline)
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning strategies.

2. Talent Development & Succession Planning

  • Assist in identifying high-potential employees (High-Potential) and career paths
  • Support the development of succession plans in collaboration with department heads.

3. Knowledge Management (KM)

  • Develop and implement KM strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing activities (e.g., Communities of Practice, KM Day).
  • Manage digital knowledge repositories and ensure accessibility of key organizational knowledge.

4. Organizational Development

  • Promote positive organizational culture and support employee engagement programs.

5. HR Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS related to training, performance, and KM.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in HRD, L&D, or KM roles.

  3. Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  4. Strong knowledge of Adult Learning Principles, performance management, and Knowledge Management Practices.

  5. Familiarity with HRIS and Data Analytics Tools (e.g., MS Office)

  8. Presentation & Facilitation Skills.
  9. Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills.

  10. Collaboration Skills.

  11. Language: English (for communication and work).
