We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Driver Operation Supervisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves overseeing the driver acquisition team, managing activation and retention projects, conducting market research, and driving the expansion of our services into new cities in Thailand.

What you will do:

  • Lead and manage the driver acquisition agent, consisting of call center staff
  • Manage and develop projects from beginning to end with little supervision
  • Develop insight and new initiatives based on business data from various sources as needed
  • Prepare detailed reports and analyses based on performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute key initiatives to drive growth and efficiency of the business.
  • Lead the execution of strategic projects to improve driver experience through our platform
  • Support any local or global initiatives needs (Ad-hoc)

What we expect from you:

  • 1-2 years experience in consulting, management trainee, PMO, business development, or e-commerce is preferred
  • Fresh Grad is welcome
  • Detail-oriented, logical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Effectively communicate in English and Thai
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Sheet, Google slides
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Demonstrated skills in team management and leadership would be an advantage
  • Experience in designing and executing retention and activation strategies is preferable
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or any related fields is preferable
  • Based in Bangkok
