Core Responsibilities

  1. Contract Oversight & Cost Management

  2. Supervise all contracts involving owner drivers and Tao-kae drivers, including cost control, SLA adherence, and policy compliance.

  3. Monitor transportation and logistics expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize expenditures.

  4. Driver Coordination & Community Building

  5. Act as a liaison between drivers and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

  6. Build and maintain a driver community to support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.

  7. Policy Compliance & Operational Monitoring

  8. Track and monitor driver activities to ensure compliance with CP Axtra's policies, SLAs, and operational standards.

  9. Coordinate with stores to inspect driver performance and ensure alignment with company regulations.

  10. Performance Evaluation & Development

  11. Evaluate driver performance using KPIs and feedback mechanisms.

  12. Train and develop drivers to meet and exceed customer expectations, including safety, service, and communication standards.

Professional Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in retail logistics, transportation, or fleet operations, with a focus on driver coordination, contract management, and performance evaluation.
  • Proven track record in data analysis, KPI tracking, and incentive scheme development.
  • Experience managing third-party logistics providers, warehouse operations, and compliance standards.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Salesforce, and Smart Soft for performance tracking and dashboard creation.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP

Soft Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to train, motivate, and evaluate drivers and logistics personnel effectively.

  • Good command of English.

  • Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic operational environments.
