About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveLogistic & Merchandise Supervisor to support our operations in Thailand. This role combines responsibilities across Logistic operation, merchandise planning, order management, and is ideal for candidates with a strong sense of ownership and solid understanding of product flow from order to delivery.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth procurement, importation, and inventory processes to support the growth of our brand in the Thai market.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle import documentation, liaise with customs agents, and ensure smooth customs clearance.

· Collaborate with logistics partners to manage inbound shipments.

· Coordinate merchandise orders with internally

· Manage order placement, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.

· Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.

· Work closely with the merchandising, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and timely execution.

· Identify and solve any issues that may arise during the supply chain process.

Qualifications:

· 5–8 years of work experience in logistics,merchandising, supply chain or a related field.

· Proficient in English and Thai, Mandarin is a plus

· Strong attention to detail, time management, and coordination skills.

· Familiarity with international shipping, customs clearance, and import processes.

· Experience with ERP systems or order/inventory management tools is a plus.

· A positive, solution-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
