Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
• Oversee daily hospital operations, including reception, nursing, pharmacy, grooming, boarding, and other services.
• Monitor patient flow, scheduling, and service quality to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with veterinary standards, health & safety regulations, and internal SOPs. Team Leadership & Development
• Supervise, coach, and motivate staff across departments to achieve service and performance goals.
• Conduct regular training to improve staff skills in customer service, patient care, and operational systems.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution. Financial & Business Management
• Monitor branch revenue, expenses, and profitability in alignment with corporate financial goals.
• Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports for management review.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives to increase client base and service utilization. Client Experience & Relationship Management
• Ensure an excellent client journey from appointment booking to discharge.
• Handle client feedback, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
• Promote hospital services, wellness programs, and preventive care plans. Strategic Support & Growth
• Collaborate with corporate management to implement new products, services, or operational improvements.
• Support branch expansion initiatives and adapt to changes in market demand.
• Maintain partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and local community organizations.
