How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Ensure data ingestion pipelines are secure, scalable, and optimized for automated refreshes.
  • Work with Databricks, Spark, and cloud-based data platforms to optimize big data processing.
  • Off hour working to participate in mock run , dry run , deployment and production support investigation
  • Strong openness to new technology , tools , frameworks and work environment
  • Coaching other team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data operations.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or System Analyst (SA) in Data-related projects.
  • Strong understanding or hands-on experience in Banking / Financial Services.
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, data lineage, and data governance.
  • Familiarity with data lake/data warehouse concepts.
  • Mandatory skills: SQL (data query and validation),Communication (requirement gathering, cross-functional coordination)
  • Optional skills: Project Management
  • Drive practically with passion.
