  • สามารถวิเคราะห์และทำความเข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้าอย่างลึกซึ้งและสรุปเป้นรายงานหรือไฟล์ต่างๆ ออกมาให้ตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้าได้
  • กำหนดข้อกำหนดของระบบและสร้างแนวคิดการออกแบบที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
  • วางแผนและดำเนินการทดสอบคุณภาพของระบบอย่างเป็นระบบ
  • ติดตามและรายงานปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น จัดลำดับความสำคัญและบริหารจัดการจนได้รับการแก้ไข
  • ประสานงานและให้คำปรึกษาแก่ทีมพัฒนาและทีมลูกค้า

ทักษะ คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์:

  • มีประสบการณ์ในงาน Business Analysis และ Quality Assurance อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  • มีความเข้าใจด้านการออกแบบซอฟต์แวร์และการพัฒนาระบบอย่างลึกซึ้ง
  • มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่ดี สามารถประสานงานกับทีมงานและลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  • มีความคิดวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาเชิงระบบ สามารถระบุและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของปัญหาได้ดี

  • มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้เครื่องมือ SQA และ CI/CD

  • สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานบริษัทลูกค้า หรือ ทำงานนอกสถานที่ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
