เป็นผู้จัดจำหน่ายอุปกรณ์และเป็นผู้ให้บริการด้านระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่ใช้ในธุรกิจค้าปลีก เช่น ระบบ CRM (Customer Relationship Management)ระบบบริหารคลังสินค้า (Inventory Management)ระบบบริหารสินทรัยพ์ (Asset Control Management)ระบบ Van Sales หรือ SFA (Sales Force Automation เป็นต้น ซึ่งปัจจุบันบริษัทกำลังขยายการจัดจำหน่ายและการให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง

Tasks & responsibilities

  • วิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางธุรกิจ: รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการทางธุรกิจค้าปลีก เช่น ระบบขายหน้าร้าน (POS), การจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง และการบริหารลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ (CRM) เพื่อออกแบบโซลูชันซอฟต์แวร์ที่ตอบโจทย์ธุรกิจ
  • จัดทำเอกสารความต้องการ (Requirements Specification): จัดทำเอกสารความต้องการของระบบซอฟต์แวร์ เช่น Functional และ Non-functional Requirements, Process Flows, User Stories และ Use Cases
  • ทำงานร่วมกับทีมพัฒนา: สื่อสารความต้องการทางธุรกิจและรายละเอียดทางเทคนิคกับทีมพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ เพื่อให้เข้าใจและพัฒนาระบบให้ตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน
  • วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์: ทำงานร่วมกับทีมพัฒนาเพื่อวิเคราะห์กระบวนการทำงาน และแนะนำแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นตามแนวทาง Agile หรือ Waterfall
  • ทดสอบการใช้งานระบบ: ร่วมทำการทดสอบซอฟต์แวร์ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าระบบตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของธุรกิจ
  • ติดตามและประเมินผลการใช้งานระบบ: ทำการติดตามและประเมินผลหลังการปรับปรุงระบบ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าระบบและกระบวนการทำงานใหม่สามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของธุรกิจ
  • วิเคราะห์และนำเสนอโซลูชันใหม่ ๆ: เสนอแนะการปรับปรุงระบบหรือเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ เช่น ระบบการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Business Intelligence), ระบบ Loyalty Program หรือการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการสินค้าและโปรโมชั่น

Qualifications & experience

  • ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, ระบบสารสนเทศ, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Business Analyst ในธุรกิจค้าปลีกหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
  • มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบที่ใช้ในธุรกิจค้าปลีก เช่น POS, Inventory Management, CRM
  • มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และจัดทำเอกสารความต้องการของระบบซอฟต์แวร์ในธุรกิจค้าปลีก
  • มีความสามารถในการใช้เครื่องมือในการติดตามและจัดการงานต่าง ๆ เช่น JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project
  • มีความสามารถในการใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เช่น Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
  • มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  • มีประสบการณ์ในแนวทางการทำงานเชิง Agile จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
