Retail Sales Executive
The Eastern Regional Sales team is responsible for managing and promoting sales of products or services within the Eastern region of Thailand. The primary roles and responsibilities typically include:
Sales Management and Development
- Achieving sales targets as set by the company.
- Identifying new customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Analyzing market trends and customer needs within the region.
- Proposing promotions or packages suitable for the local market.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Following up with customers and providing consultation to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Gathering customer feedback and improving products or services based on their needs.
- Handling sales documentation, such as quotations and purchase orders.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinating with other departments, such as marketing, and back office.
- Reporting sales performance and market insights to managers or executives.
- Supporting the sales team to achieve overall objectives.
Data Analysis and Strategy Development
- Monitoring competitors and analyzing market activities.
- Developing sales plans tailored to the regional customer base, such as promotional events.
- Using data-driven insights to strategize and boost sales performance.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Chemistry, Architecture, Engineering or a related field
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Able to drive car and have a driver's License
- Fair communication skills, both verbal and written
