What You'll Do:
Business & Financial Modeling
o Create robust business models that define value propositions, revenue structures, costing structures, expenses, related investments, and scalability potential.
o Develop financial models (P&L, cash flow, NPV, IRR) to evaluate commercial viability.
o Conduct financial feasibility studies to support go/no-go decisions.
o Research market information, competitors / key players, and related regulations to support assumptions usage.
o Be able to come up with appropriated sensitivity factors, and sensitivity analysis.
Business Proposal
o Prepare investment proposals, business cases, and presentations for executive and board-level decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration
o Work closely with all relevant stakeholders i.e. finance, legal, operations, etc., or supplier to ensure alignment of business plans.
o Engage external consultants, advisors, or partners when required.
What We're Looking For
:
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's degree / MBA is a plus).
o 4-5 years of experience in business development, feasibility studies, and financial analysis.
o Professional in building business models, financial models, and feasibility studies for new business in various industries is a MUST.
o Proficient in English (Speaking and Writing).
o Logical thinking
o Strong analytical and financial acumen, with advanced Excel formula & function, and financial modeling skills.
o Ability to conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial feasibility studies.
o Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
