Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting
:

  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial projections.
  • Analyze and adjust financial plans to reflect business changes and external factors.

Financial Analysis
:

  • Provide detailed financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers behind financial performance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, highlighting significant variances and proposing corrective actions.

Budgeting & Cost Management
:

  • Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and ensure effective cost management.
  • Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements.

Management Reporting
:

  • Prepare and present financial reports and management dashboards to senior leadership, ensuring they are clear, actionable, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Provide recommendations based on financial insights to support business decisions.

Business Partnering
:

  • Act as a financial business partner to various departments, providing guidance on financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc financial analysis and decision-making support.

Variance Analysis
:

  • Monitor and analyze actual vs. budgeted financial performance, investigating variances and providing explanations and solutions.
  • Ensure all financial reporting is accurate and consistent with company standards.

Process Improvement
:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial planning and analysis processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance forecasting models.
  • Drive the implementation of best practices within the FP&A function.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP), PowerBI and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities

Work Conditions:

  • Based in Bangkok.
  • Regular domestic travel to the plant in Ubon Ratchathani (as needed).
