Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business units (Operations, Transport, Warehousing, Commercial, etc.) to gather input and analyze cost drivers.
  • Prepare financial models to simulate different business scenarios and support strategic planning.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly financial performance versus budget and forecast; identify key variances and root causes.
  • Provide management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business performance reviews.
  • Analyze profitability by business line, customer, route, and service type to recommend improvement actions.
  • Partner with operations and commercial teams to assess financial impact of pricing strategies, new business opportunities, and contract renewals.
  • Support logistics optimization initiatives, including cost control, network efficiency, and margin improvement projects.
  • Provide insights on capital investments, fleet expansion, and warehouse infrastructure development.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal control requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate and timely financial data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's Degree or CPA/CFA is an advantage).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business finance—preferably in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
